Stephanie Scott

Stephanie joined von Muenster Legal in 2017 and practices in contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. She specialises in intellectual property (including all aspects of trade mark law and copyright) and has expertise in consumer law in the advertising and marketing sector. Stephanie is founding member of the Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AIMCo) having advised on the Code of Practice.

Stephanie completed her Juris Doctor and Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Technology Sydney in 2016. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Communication majoring in Advertising, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film & Television and Cultural Studies from the University of Queensland. 

Her background and experience working in film and television production and arts funding provide a wealth of industry specific knowledge to draw on in her legal work.
